- 找出受助者的個人學習風格,先順水推舟,從他的思路走路,幫助他思路走到盡頭,讓他看到這風格的毛病、局限性、(再用極端性想像例子和技巧往前推他一把),讓他真止惊懍反省
- 再用重塑信念 (reframing) 技巧,引導他看到用另一方法態度可能性產生的更佳效果,讓他選擇自發改變的動力才可自願的實施步驟才是正本清源的方法。
